How Mums like you can STOP self-sabotage in its tracks

How many times have you tried a new healthy habit…starting seeing results… then for some unknown reason… stopped?

It’s an all too common scenario, especially among Mums with young children.

Why does this happen?

Well it can all be summed up in three words:

Change is uncomfortable.

Once you start making changes, you are going to start feeling uncomfortable, and that is not a feeling that humans particularly enjoy!

It’s even worse for Mums.. because we have limited time to ourselves to figure out why we are self-sabotaging and do something about it.

The good news is, there is ONE simple thing you can start doing now, to prevent self-sabotage becoming a problem in your health journey.

Get comfortable with being uncomfortable.

Quite simply, the more you get out of your comfort zone, the more comfortable you will be with the unknown, and you will be less likely to self sabotage.

Makes sense right?..

So..How do you get comfortable with being uncomfortable?

Practise.

Get out of your comfort zone in a small way every day.

Here are 5 ways you can do this today, right now, THURSDAY (Don’t wait till Monday!)

1. Use your non-dominant hand for tasks

2. Talk to someone new

3. Take the kids somewhere you’ve never been before

4. Drive a different route to the supermarket

5. Try a new workout (check out Fitness Blender on YouTube for 1000s of options)

Success is a decision. Decide today to protect yourself from Self-Sabotage.
