My biggest takeaway was the feelings I felt at the end of the NLP session. Beforehand I was anxious and nervous, but I was left feeling complete peace, calmness and a renewed sense of energy and confidence in myself.
Is learning that my emotions can no longer control me.
That I can lean into what I can physically sense and see to change the switch from being in my “mind” and back into my body.
I’ve tried a lot of different things to help with my anxious feelings and low mood and I found Emily’s NLP and TLP a really beneficial tool that is simple and easy to use.

My biggest takeaway is the power of the subconscious. I never knew the impact it can make.
