The Guaranteed Strategy to Get You MOTIVATED This Monday!
It’s Monday again!
Are you ready to hit the ground running and take more steps towards your goals?
Or are you thinking ‘motivation…where art thou?!’
I feel there may be a few of you in that basket today so..
..I want to give you a strategy you can use RIGHT NOW to increase your motivation and make this week amazing!
It’s called a motivation anchor.
And you can use it anytime, anywhere .. to feel motivated.. about anything!
Here’s how it goes:
1. Picture a time in your life when you felt super motivated. Close your eyes and see the picture as if you are there right now.
2. See what you saw, hear what you heard, feel what you felt and breathe the way you were breathing in that moment you were super motivated.
3. Give that feeling of motivation a colour. Name the colour out loud.
4. Now feel that colour flowing through your body for about 30seconds. Continue to focus on that feeling of motivation and colour flowing through your body to every cell.
5. Open your eyes, count down from 5, and make a move towards your goal immediately! I guarantee you will feel more motivated to do so.
The more you do this, the easier it will get to feel motivated.
Try it once a day this week until you master it.
And know you can feel motivated whenever you want to!
