If I am being honest with you, I’m a bit of a nerd

.. I spend a lot of time studying!

And something I have recently learned through study and practice some mind blowing facts about the words we say in our head.

Without getting nerdy on you.. I’ll just give you ONE of those facts for now..

Up to 80% of our thoughts are negative.

Can you believe that (eek maybe you can, have you listened to yourself lately?)

Now the effect of this on our brain is HUGE, I won’t go into the neurological science BUT I’m sure you can appreciate this isn’t GOOD, right?

Therefore your task for today

Is to be the most ridiculously positive person you can be..

And then reflect on how much is changes your day!
